FAQs

  • Not at this time, but if you have a special event or need an extra cleanup here and there, we will do our best to accommodate.

  • It may not be done on the same day each week. Cleanups may not always be 7 days apart but will range between 6-8 days in between cleanings.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the cleaning on the regularly scheduled day, we will make every effort to still complete the work that week. If we are unable to reschedule the work and we miss your yard that week you will not be billed for that week.

  • Please let us know and we will make a reasonable accommodation. When service is resumed an initial cleaning fee may be charged if there is more than a week’s worth of waste to be cleaned. This will be determined by the service technician at the time of cleaning.

  • We work in almost any safe and reasonable weather condition. Exceptions include conditions that are inherently unsafe such as severe storms or extreme cold/ wind chills. Some conditions such as heavy rain or snowfall of more than 1-2 inches also make it difficult to find and scoop the poop.

If we are unable to complete the work when scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule for a different day that week. If we are unable to reschedule the work, you will not be billed for that week.

  • You will receive an automated notification, complete with a photo, once service is finished.

  • All of our tools and shoes are cleaned and sanitized in between each stop to keep all dogs and humans healthy. We use fresh bags and disposable gloves for each yard.

  • While exceptional scoooping is our goal each and every time, please remember that we can't scoop what we can't see or what we can't move. If fallen leaves or other yard waste is covering the poop, we will do our best to scoop everything we can find, but we may miss some. We are poop scoopers, not poop detectives.

If poop becomes frozen during the winter, we will attempt to remove it, but sometimes a pile gets frozen to the ground and just needs to wait for a warmer day.

  • If your yard has a locked gate, we will be happy to work with you to make sure we can access the gate, up to and including providing you with a combination lock. If we are unable to access the yard because of a locked or blocked entrance, or other conditions such as debris or excessively long grass or weeds, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If these conditions prevent us from being able to complete the work you will not be charged the weekly cleaning fee, but there will be a $5 travel charge for the first occurrence. Additional incidents will still be charged 50% of the weekly fee because the waste will still need to be cleaned when we are able to access the yard. If necessary, we may suspend service until the conditions are corrected.

  • We love seeing all our customers, no matter how many legs they have! If your dogs are not aggressive, it doesn’t bother us if they are in the area when we are cleaning. If they are aggressive, though, please help us stay safe by having them inside or secured out of the area while we are there.

If necessary, we will send notifications when we are on our ways so you will be ready for us.

  • We will be sure to secure any gates used after each entry and exit. We will not leave gates open during our visit.

  • Service is billed after the end of each month, and payment is due by the 15th of each month. Any accounts still past due by the 20th of the month will be placed in a suspended status until the account is brought current. If an account is suspended for more than two weeks an additional cleanup fee may be assessed when service is resumed depending on how dirty the yard is.

Invoices will be e-mailed with payment links contained in them. We do accept checks, but online payment is the most convenient for everyone to prevent any service disruption.

  • If you wish to discontinue service with us at any time, please let us know in writing at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled service. We will then generate your final bill and send it to you as soon as possible.
